All valuations are an opinion of Richard Reason's based on his experience of similar pianos and as such do not guarantee an actual price at which the instrument can be bought or sold.
Richard Reason reserves the right to return the forms, photos and money if he feels unable to value the piano. This may particularly apply to unique 'art cased' pianos or instruments with particular provenance.
Valuations only apply to the UK.
'New for old' means a replacement of your piano with a new one of a similar quality, size etc.
If you have reason to be dissatisfied with the service your money will be refunded.
