The Angel Studio Pianos - July 2020

Famous among the important London recording establishments, Angel Studios have welcomed many of the most celebrated names in popular music and assisted in the creation of hundreds of scores for both film and television.  The list of artists is impressive and varied and includes names as diverse as Shirley Bassey, Siouxsie and the Banshees and Jose Carreras.

Piano Auctions were pleased to be featuring the three principle grand pianos from this legendary institution in the Auction Sale of the 9th July 2020.

Lot 50  Grotrian Steinweg (c1993)
A 9ft Model 275 grand piano in a bright ebonised case on square tapered legs. Famous artists that have recorded with this piano include: Sir Andrew Lloyd Webber, Liza Minelli, One Direction, Trevor Horn CBE, Tom Walker, Sir Michael Crawford and many others.
Hammer Price:  £12,000.

A 9ft Model 275 grand piano in a bright ebonised case on square tapered legs. Famous artists that have recorded with this piano include: Kylie Minogue, Robbie Williams, Gary Barlow, Sir Karl Jenkins, Rick Wakeman, Little Mix and many others.

A 6ft 1in grand piano in a bright ebonised case on square tapered legs.
