Lot 57 - Yamaha (c2014) - | Est. £5,000 - £7,000

£4,500.00

A 5ft 3in Model C1 grand piano in a bright ebonised case on square tapered legs.

Condition Report:

LOT 57 – YAMAHA GRAND

Casework:  Is in good general condition but there are one or two scratches, most notably to the folded back portion of the lid and the front of the music rest – this will buff out but it is noticeable and needs to be borne in mind.  There is a noticeable and quite deep scratch to the top lid and this will need to be dealt with.  There are also one or two impact marks to the front rail and the cheek blocks, the skirt around the piano and indeed the rim to the back of the instrument, so there are one or two areas of damage which will need to be dealt with.

Frame, Pins, Strings and Soundboard:  Are good.

Hammers and Action:  The action is good.

Keys and Keyboard:  Is plastic and is in good condition.

General Notes:  A nice piano that just needs a little cosmetic work.

This report is based on a cursory examination and is our opinion only.  It does not constitute a guarantee and potential buyers should satisfy themselves about the lot before bidding.
